Way back in 2007 i took part in a mini journal challenge over on Emily’s blog here and blogged about it here. Emily’s doing another challenge this year called remember when…and I’ve decided to join in. The mini journal was one of the best things I’ve ever done and I’m still amazed that i completed it. here are a few of my fave cards that i made

Emily is going to write a journal entry about a memory and post it to her blog and to flickr her first memory was about Nana. My Granny lived at the other end of the country to us when I was growing up so we didn’t see her very often when she did come to stay though she would stay for a while. every morning I would take a cup if tea up to her bedroom and then she would let me play shops with her make up and stuff. granny always wore Ellnett hairspray the smell always reminds me of her.

I’m using a tin from Christmas to store my journaling in

in side the tin is a sneaky peak of the next prompt which I will write about soon.
