Quite a few of the local villages close their roads to traffic and have street fairs to raise money for the village and various charities we set off today to a lovley village called Emberton where we were greeted on arrival by Homer
plenty of bunting
the most delicious lemon cake
and a fantastic brass band their rendition of when I’m 64 was just brill
even if the drummer did keep falling asleep between beats
