Pink Saturday and a give away

Here we are again having fun with pink saturday why not pop over and join in the fun. Inspired by Ruth (who has generously been having a give away every week check out her blog for some lovely pink stuff and some luscious mini books) I decided to have my own give away this week it consits of a coffe cosy in support of cancer awareness the pattern for which can be found here

and to make sure your hands are warm as toast when drinking your coffee I have decided to add a pair of wrist warmers to this pattern can be found here along with some other fab patterns. They are really more of a greeny blue than in the photo and they are very cosy

oh and of course there are two of them, so just leave a comment below and I will pick a winner in time for next saturdays pinkness

Met up with some of the gilrs from kempston stitch and craft a group I discovered on ravelry. There was only three of us but I felt really welcom and managed to motivate myself to finish off some granny squares ready for making into a little blanket

Next time we’re off to Rushmere Alpacas to see some of thier flock

Saying goodye to clive and the end of something


Clive is a lovley locum social worker who has been working with us for the last 6 months we are going to miss him.

Bob ay work has just bought himself a new car a citroen berlingo which looks like a postman pat van so I just had to make a black and white cat for him.

Spent a lovley couple of hours in my good friend Liz’s back garden before coming home to pot up some brand new geraniums and repot one from last year that survived the winter inspite of me
HSMSHS SOS started making this cushion cake on new years eve finaly got round to finishing love how it turned out

came across this very sad lloking park whne dropping one of Joe’s friends off it only had the two pieces of play equipment luckily though one was purple just right for today’s HSMSHS. Just needed a willing subject so Annie duly obliged by jumping out and having a swing
